I need a little good vanilla cake recipe!?

Well ... so what I need is a recipe for cupcakes homemade .. vanilla and chocolate butter frosting fluffy. Now for the recipe must be in all the ingredients, no mixes! and it really important for me because it's someone's birthday. Second, for the recipe, nothing like Crisco or an ingredient found only in America and hard to find in Europe - just something simple and delicious! Thank you very much!

My mother has been taking these small cakes since I was in kindergarten! They are moist, soft, tasty! Here's the recipe: For: 12 (1 serving = a medium-sized cupcake) Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 / 2 cup cup milk 1 / 3 canola oil 2 / 3 cup sugar 1 cup 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 / 2 c. teaspoon baking powder 2 eggs Optional: 1 / 2 cup chocolate chips Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix eggs, milk, oil and sugar. Add vanilla. Add flour a half cup at a time. Add baking powder. (If you use them, add the chocolate chips with a spoon) Line cupcake tin with paper cups or grease and flour each separate compartment. Fill tins about 3 / 4 full with cupcake batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Enjoy! Chocolate Butter Frosting: (Makes 2 cups, 24 Sevinger) Ingredients 1 / 2 cup softened butter (you can use margarine but the flavor will not be the same) / 3 cups confectioners sugar 2 2, sifted 1 / 3 and a half-half cup cream or milk (can use whipping cream in place unwhipped half and half) 1 1 / 2 c. teaspoon vanilla CHOOSE ONE of the following 1 / 3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted (for light) 1 / 2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted (for medium) 3 / 4 cup cocoa not powdered sugar, sifted (for the rich) Directions dark 1Cream butter in a small bowl. 2Blend in cocoa powder (the amount desired for a light, medium or dark flavor), vanilla, icing sugar, alternating with the cream. 3Beat with an electric mixer until desired consistency. 4 ** NOTE ** Because of the cocoa powder more cream may be added to achieve the desired consistency.
