Wine Pairings Chocolate

Suggestions for wine pairings for a special dinner?
I need two wines...one for appetizer thru main course and another for dessert. Following is my menu:
appetizer
crab stuffed mushroom
with artichoke croustades
soup/salad
lobster bisque
baby spinach/butter lettuce/strawberry salad
with candied pecans and a peach balsamic vinaigrette
main course
beef tenderloin and herb crusted roasted potatoes
dessert
lemon pudding flan
with white chocolate curls
I wouldn't be adverse to a nice liqueur in place of a wine for dessert, so long as it pairs well with the main wine. Help!!!
PS any suggestions on the menu?
Champagne should work great with your appetizers, soup and salad. It's one of the few non-reds that will pair with mushrooms and should be perfect with lobster bisque as well as the fruit in the salad.
Main - needs a big red. Pick any of them - Cab, Syrah, Merlot, Zin, Pinot.
There is absolutely no wine in existence that you can pair with beef and also a lemon dessert. Even hanging onto some of the Champagne for dessert sounds like a bad pairing.
Lemon desserts need something like a Late Harvest Riesling or some sweet Riesling. Or a Moscato di Asti, though you've already done bubbles. Any non-red / brown dessert wine would be good.
I don't recommend pairing a liquer with a dessert - it's just too much sweet on sweet - unless it's a chocolate dessert (though it can still get too sweet).
