Why does coffee make me sick?
I love coffee, but after drinking a cup say at home with cream or a latte caramel macchiato from Starbucks latte or even a white chocolate mocha, my stomach aches and diarrhea within hours is imminent. Is it the caffeine that makes me patient or dairy or anything that is in coffee? i used to drink coffee very fat. if that makes a difference.
It could be many things. If you want to self-diagnosis, try decaf, but regular milk, CAF complete with soy milk, milk and decaffeinated soybeans. If some do not make your stomach hurt, you know the culprit. If the plant and milk combo decaf still hurts your stomach, it probably something in the coffee itself. Try something low growth, low acidity, and dark roasted coffee as an Indonesian. If this does not help, you may have to give up coffee. (
