Butter white cake with chocolate-how much could I be allergic?

I am allergic to peanuts, but not dairy products, eggs, chocolate, soy, wheat, or whatever I encounter. Yesterday, I ate a cake with plain vanilla butter and white chocolate frosting, I had a bit of an allergic reaction, but I'm not sure what. Any ideas? There was a cake purchased from a local bakery, where the ingredients were not included .. but there was nothing exotic about this in the air or taste. I not think there were peanuts in there, because .. my reaction was different and she did not have that kind of taste at all. Thank you!

Check the package of cake mix and frosting to see if it say "Made in a production area where nuts are used. Allot of companies manufacture different products in their factories and some manufactured products may come into contact with the nut other products containing it. I see it in baking a cake for what is possible.
