Turtles Chocolate Recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for bear claws like candy in the candy store in Savannah, Georgia?
These are not candy making dough. They are round and creamy caramels with milk chocolate on top and the pecans around them. Similar to a sweet turtle.
Here it is .. Bear Claws 1 / 4 cup butter or margarine 1 / 2 cup powdered sugar 1 egg, beaten 4 ounces almond paste 1 / 2 cup powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar mixture of sugar chopped almonds Prepare the butter cream filling as follows: Cream together margarine 1 / 4 cup with 1 / 2 cup powdered sugar. Set aside. Prepare almonds as follows: Beat the egg with a fork. Measure 1 / 2 of beaten egg and mix with the almond paste sugar and 1 / 2 cup of powder and mix well. Set aside. Divide dough into thirds Danish. Refrigerate 2 third. To prepare each others: Roll dough on a lightly floured board into a 24 "strip. Strip cut in half. With half of the central strip spread 1 / 3 with a layer of butter, custard, top with thinner layer of almond filling. Fold one side edge of the brush with water, other times side and pinch to seal and remove the flour board and sprinkle with sugar and chopped almonds. Brush top of dough folded with water and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Turn over the almond-sugar mixture and roll lightly with a rolling pin. Brush the top with water, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture to convert the sugar-almond. Roll lightly with a rolling pin. Cut this strip into 6 rolls, cut each roll in part through intervals of 3, leaving 4 "fingers" gently squeeze the bottom to separate the fingers. "Submit on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Repeat process with second half of the dough. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Pull on a rack and drizzle lightly with light icing. Repeat for all remaining dough.
