Yesterday I bought a chocolate cake from a store. I was wondering if it contains raw eggs?

Ive heard that some cakes are made with raw eggs and some are not. Just wondering if cakes made in stores are made like this? and are chocolate cakes fine during pregnancy?

Cakes are all mixed using raw eggs, which then are baked into the cake making them cooked. Cake is not something you have to worry about for raw eggs unless for some zaney reason they decided to put raw egg into the frosting. Any food from your local grocer that contains raw egg or raw fish will be labeled with a cautionary sticker.
