breakfast- yoplait light and fruit- 150 calories
lunch- some trail mix and an orange and a calcium chocolate- 200 calories
snack- some almonds and fruit- 150 calories
dinner- cheese omelet - 2 eggs and a slice of cheese and a small salad- 200 calories
dessert-licked my moms biscotti batter spoon- 100 calories
only drank water

exercise- ran for 15 minutes and did 10 laps on my stairs (1 lap is up and down 13 stairs) and 100 jumping jacks and 50 crunches
did i work out enough for what i ate?
