Gelatin in Baileys cheese?

I am a white chocolate and Baileys cheese for my GCSEs at school, but the recipe I made contains no gelatin. My teacher told me that the recipe should I choose to contain it, because it gives me more points or Somin: S So I wonder if I could add about 1 - 1 1 / 2 teaspoons gelatin, would it effect the recipe, except to the gelatin does????
