How to make a chocolate mold of your body?

anniversary of my partner and I sometimes like to give something different for a gift. Wondering if anyone knows how I could make a mold of my chocolate kiss / lips?

I've never done that, but it seems that could be fun. The first link shows a "Big Kiss Mold. I think it is a custom mold that you kiss, it hardens, then you pour your chocolate melted in the pan and let cool. I think. As you can see, they do not have much info.
