Is this balanced enough nutritionally for a vegetarian lunch?
First of all, they are vegetarian NOT vegan, and they have NO allergies.
Starter: French onion soup with a large vegetarian cheddar crispy crouton
Main: Large Portabella mushroom stuffed with smoked tofu, herbs, garlic, pine nuts, crispy onions, served with delicious well flavoured quinoa, roasted on the vine cherry tomatoes, and a side salad of mixed baby leaves with a lemon vinaigrette.
Three two-bite sized desserts on a plate, a mini chocolate box filled with milk chocolate mousse, a mini lemon cheesecake and a little pastry boat filled with wild strawberries and whipped cream
Liqueur Coffee and Petite fours
Everything is homemade - except of course the tofu, but that has been home-smoked.
