Marshmallows Chocolate Chips
Is it possible to set the chocolate fudge, I just did?
I just made chocolate fudge and it came out too thick. I cooked the sugar and butter very well on, but when I added chocolate chips and marshmallow Maybe I added too. She did not pour into the pan was too thick. The good news is when I taste is great, not crystallized or sweet at all. And if I put in the microwave, it is super smooth and very good. In addition to all the microwave, is there anyway to bring out the sweet creamy texture or is it too late? I just checked this morning and now it is sweet and so very good taste is dry, but not fluffy and soft, it is still dense. Now all I really need at this stage as it is to look pretty while I can give. The summit seems lumpy not smooth. Any suggestions for making smooth top ... hot knife would work?
