Malt Chocolate Cake

I am a female 12 years and is this what I havent eaten today it is enough or too much?

Dinner co-Pack Operti tuna mayonnaise (tuna salad, mayonnaise, corn, pasta, red pepper, onion, iceberg lettuce snack. 1.frube-milk yogurt (strawberry) Beverages - cappcuno a light whipped cream fruit juices and squash. Snack-bar 1.Cerial example, light Alphen or chocolate bars and oat fiber 1.strawberry or angel cake. Is it well for one year, aged 12 to eat that I ate more than my age in a Day IM not trying to lose weight or anything either, but people say I'm thin, I'm around 5ft2 and I'm female and weigh about 6 stone 6 pounds
