Making Chocolate Truffles

I am making chocolate truffles right at this very moment and have been trying to do so all day...?
I tried it the first time and it worked out fine except for the mixture did not set up well at all. I decided to heat it back up slowly and added some marsh mellow cream to it. It still does not set up enough for me to be able to make balls out of it. Any suggestions on what I can do to make this work?
All it consists of is heavy cream, butter, chocolate, and marsh mellow cream.

That's why it's not setting up. It should be just chocolate, and enough whipping cream to help it melt. It shoudl firm back up at room temp, although you can rsh in in the fridge for a bit.
