How do I make a Chocolate Truffle Cake Italian Cream Filling?

I went to an Italian restaurant Messy some time. This restaurant has one of the best desert I have ever had. The one I really want to reproduce the cake with cream Tartufo Italian filling. It was a ball of very wet (almost mushy) chocolate cake with a good Italian white cream filling and something like a chocolate ganache on top of that. Anyone have a good recipe for this dessert? Otherwise, how would you make a recipe for it? Any help would be much appreciated thank you.

This is a recipe that I made a layer of 3 9 "cake. You could make more cupcakes her. ITALIAN CHOCOLATE Cake 3 cups all purpose flour 4 1 1 / cups unsweetened cocoa 2 1 / 2 c. teaspoon baking soda 1 1 / 2 c. Tea baking powder / 2 tsp teaspoon salt 1 to 3 cups sugar 1 1 / 4 cup vegetable oil 2 tbsp teaspoon vanilla 1 cup whole milk ricotta 3 large eggs 2 1 / 2 cups water Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom and sides of two 9 molds cake. Sift the ingredients dry, mix in a bowl, set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil, ricotta and vanilla on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs. Beat until incorporated. At low speed, stir the flour alternately with water in 3 additions. Scrape bowl and beat at speed medium for 1 minute. Spoon into pans and bake for 35-45 minutes until cake test done. Cool for 10 minutes and then turn on plates. Frost with chocolate frosting (see below) where the cakes are cooled. ITALIAN pastry cream: 1 quart of milk 3 eggs 1 / 2 c. sugar 1 / 2 C. almond flour and vanilla extract 1 piece (1 oz) butter Beat eggs, sugar, milk and flour. Cook on stove until thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, beat the mixture with an electric mixer and add butter, almond and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Your dessert will be lumpy, so beat! Chocolate Glaze: 12 m² quality milk chocolate 1 cup sour cream at room temperature Melt the chocolate with a double boiler or over simmering water. Blend until smooth and let cool to room temperature. Mix sour cream into the chocolate with a whisk. Frost the first layer, then the second layer, then the top and sides. Garnish the cake finished chips chocolate, raspberries and whipped cream as desired
