Cafe Nordis white chocolate strawberry ice cream?
Well, it's the most important question I never asked! When I was a child my mother used to take me and my brother for white chocolate ice cream with strawberries Nordstroms San Jose CA. He was on the stand in front of the coffee shop (not the coffee shop) It was pink, sweet and grainy .. Sugar seems like candy DESOLVE Dad. If anyone knows anything about this ice .. I will be forever in your debt! 
I never tried, but it sounds really good! I found this recipe some time ago, and I tried and I think he has really good taste, then maybe you will like it! white chocolate Strawberry Ice Cream 4 ounces Bakers square of white chocolate 3 / 4 cup strawberries, largely diced 1 1 / 2 cups milk 1 1 / 2 cups cream 1 c. tablespoon vanilla pure 1 / 4 c. ground nutmeg 2 eggs 1 / 2 cup of sugar before you start your recipe, place white chocolate in a stainless steel bowl over a saucepan of water to 120 degrees F until the chocolate is completely melted. Stir occasionally to keep the liquid state. In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, vanilla and nutmeg and place on medium heat. Bring the milk to 190 degrees F or a very low simmer. Do not boil. While the milk heats, combine eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl stainless steel and mix well. Slowly whisk the hot milk into the eggs and sugar, whisking constantly until well blended. While whisking, pour the melted chocolate into the cream mixture until all is incorporated. Pour the mixture into the sauce pan and stir constantly over medium heat until the mixture returns to 190 degrees F. Do not cook to a boil, otherwise scrambled eggs. Pour in a fine sieve and refrigerate, preferably overnight. Once completely cooled, place the contents into a freezer-style house and follow the directions. When the cream is half frozen add the diced strawberries and continue to churn. NOTE: If you want to add a little lightness to the texture, separate the yolks of whites. Beat the whites separately with half the sugar and whites in the cream mixture just before freezing. Top your ice cream with white chocolate with strawberries sliced berries and strawberry syrup. enjoy! =)
