Dark chocolate may keep your heart healthy

Planning dark chocolate in your diet each day may help prevent diseases heart, according to a study by a team of Swiss researchers. Swiss researchers say the antioxidants in dark chocolate may prevent arterial plaque, which makes it less likely to travel and cause a stroke or heart attack. The chocolate is indeed a food that varied elements it contains antioxidants. And just eat a few squares a day reduces the risk of hardening of the arteries / or blockage. We should not ignore that dark chocolate also contains fat and glucose in huge quantities causing weight gain if consumed too.

Best thing to do is adjust your serving of chocolate to your actual weight and activity level, age and metabolism. If you physically active throughout the day you can probably eat a reasonable amount of dark chocolate without ever fearing weight gain.
