Delias Cakes - Help !?!?!?

not find anywhere! it is rock hard chocolate with marshmallows and perhaps in her stomach? its really hard still a bit sticky?!

This is my own version of the original recipe ..... Ingredients 250g/8oz digestive biscuits 150g/5oz milk chocolate 150g/5oz chocolate Black 100g / 3 ½ oz unsalted butter 150g/5oz syrup 100g / 3 ½ oz dried apricots, chopped 75g / 2 ½ oz raisins 60g/2oz pecans, chopped (Optional) 60g/2oz marshmallows, chopped small with scissors method 1. Use foil to line a 20 cm (8 inch) shallow tin shape square. Leave extra wrap hanging over the sides. 2. Bash the biscuits into pieces using a rolling pin. (Put them in a bag plastic first so they do not go everywhere!) 3. Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of boiling water. Stir occasionally. 4. Remove bowl from heat and add the broken biscuits, apricots, raisins and nuts pecans (optional). 5. Pour the mixture into the mold. 6. Leave to cool, then put the chocolate mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set. 7. Turn out the cake and remove the film. Cut the cake into 12 squares and enjoy!
