I'll be taking a few of my friends growing Vienna, which traditionally have not filling. However, I thought to outer surface vanilla, then maybe a chocolate or white chocolate filling, as a sort of surprise. However, being a bit of experience with putting something in things like this (I intend to put a gap within as I ride) would be some suggestions for a little sauce, or how much to withdraw the realization of these witnesses, it would be appreciated. Yeah, I know, reels, Slippers, other things are a little different. but the crescent-shaped Viennese crucial part of the surprise that I do. Thank you in advance!
Since you are interested in chocolate or white chocolate toppings you can make chocolate ganache and disseminated before rolling. For the ganache has just equal parts of chocolate or white chocolate (can be any type of chocolate you want, but it is important to use good chocolate quality) and then put the cream in a bain-marie and stir until chocolate is melted. If you want chocolate or more spreadable gooier you can reduce cream. If you want to add a richer flavor to chocolate, you can add a tablespoon or so of butter and stir until butter is melted and incorporated into the chocolate. If you do not have a bath, you can simply create one by placing a metal mixing bowl on a pot of water (make sure the bottom of the mixing tank is not touching the water), then place on stove over medium heat.
