Chocolate Volcanoes Recipe
Does anyone have a recipe for chocolate frosting/icing that I can use on mini-bundt cakes?

I just bought a pan to make small bundt cakes (each little bundt will be a little bigger than cupcake size). I would like a recipe for chocolate frosting/icing that I can drizzle on the top. I don't want total coverage of each little cake; I'm going for a volcano effect. I have a great recipe for chocolate buttercream frosting, but I need something that is thinner. Thank you in advance!

Just make a simple chocolate ganache.

INGREDIENTS
16 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter

DIRECTIONS
Place the chopped chocolate in a large stainless steel bowl.
In a large, high sided saucepan, heat cream and butter over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until it just starts to boil. Watch carefully as it will boil over pan in a matter of seconds. Immediately remove from heat and pour over chopped chocolate.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. Cool completely and then store in refrigerator. Ganache can be reheated in a double boiler over simmering water.
