I want to raise my level of testosterone by eating nuts?
Ive heard of eating nuts will increase my testosterone levels, but is it permissible to eat a small piece of chocolate with it?
Hi, After reading your question, I saw that you were interested in optimizing your Nutrition [(-:] so I thought I would give some indications that I have learned the hard way from my own bad "ill informed" choices so that you can learn tips about good and bad advice.
