Peanut Butter Cream Cake Fudge Cake for dessert

The following recipe is sure to impress your family and / or friends. Butter peanut and chocolate combine to make this peanut butter cream cake a delicious cake as impressive looking cake. You get rave reviews family and friends.

CREAM FUDGE peanut butter cake

Cake:
Supreme cake mix 1 white or yellow wet
1 1 / 4 cups water
1 / 2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs

Filling:
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour use
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter softened
1 cup peanut butter creamy
1 tsp teaspoon vanilla

Glaze:
3 / 4 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
In vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
1 / 3 cup unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and lightly flour two cake pans, 9 inches. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine low speed, blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Beat for 2 minutes speed. Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes comes out clean. Cool on rack for 10 minutes. Remove cakes from pans and cool completely on rack.

Well cake is baking, prepare the stuffing. In a medium saucepan, combine the flour and milk. Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate cake for cooking and for cooling. Mix sugar, butter, peanut butter and vanilla in large bowl and cream well. When the mixture cools the milk, add to mixture cream and beat until August, about 2 minutes.

Cut the cooled cake layers in half horizontally by a thread or a long sharp knife to make 4 thin layers. Place one layer on a serving platter with the cut side up. Add 1 / 3 of filling mixture evenly layer. Repeat with the second and third layers. Top with remaining layer, cut side down put it.

In a small microwaveable bowl, combine chocolate and oil. for the microwave on average 1 to 2 minutes to melt the chocolate chips. Mix until smooth. Reserve frosting 1 / 4 cup. Spread rest of the top glaze evenly over cake. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Use glaze reserved for peanuts and drizzle on cake sides. Refrigerate until serving. This cake should be refrigerated at least 2 hours before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers.
