Chocolate Chip Raspberry bars?

I wonder if anyone has a recipe for a bar with a cookie-based type of oatmeal, a layer of jam (raspberry or strawberry) and coconut chips and bittersweet chocolate on top? I had back in college and I have never been able to find the recipe. I have no way of contacting the person who made them. Any help would be appreciated.
