Ideas for a Wedding Breakfast Valentine's Day?

** I'll post this again to see if I can get more input I'm getting married ** February 14, yup, Valentine. It will just be a small ceremony for family members and close friends, about 25 to 30 people. I try find ideas for a menu luncehon to be served buffet style at my apartment. I have already figured a tray of cold cuts would be recommended and I have a recipe for strawberry champagne punch. but otherwise I have no idea for the salad? soups? otherwise. I have a friend who is vegan, is why do I want something safe is available for it, but also something that other people will not frown on the nose. I just desserts provided ... chocolate tuxedo strawberries, chocolate oreo truffles, and wedding cake, of course, so I'm good at this point. but I'd be extremely grateful for the help.
