I FEEL GROSS! I could not WORKOUT! Is it too much to eat for not working on?

Sry for all of you who read this twice OK SSO I used to run on the treadmill about 8 miles 7 mph + 3 days a week and then ballet and Rehearsal / performance day to run I do, but Today I could not bond with snow and go to the gym or dance class or anything! I went sledding and trying to dance alone in my room (Just run by Barr and dances Nutcracker), but it wasn't my usual intensive training) I feel gross and disgusting and wanted to know if I ate too much food today was not to work? Breakfast: instant oatmeal with Special K on the top so I had 25 calories of hot chocolate that I played in snow and practiced a little dance, mostly just bored! For dinner I had a Mini Pizza Lean Cuisine (320 cal) and I made a salad with some turkey breast on the top and sprinkeld few crumbs of feta cheese on top too so I had a few spoonfuls of fat free frozen yogurt

Luge is the exercise, dance is so - they may be different exercises your regular routine, but they are certainly the year. You can be sure of athletics, there are certainly many people who love exercise and really it is not uncommon for them to feel sluggish and "off" when they miss a workout - you could be one of these people. I'm just a little worried because you seem to panic too much about an 'off' day is a little unusual. You miss a meal and two snacks, and you seem to be that eating health foods. Rather than worrying about the day you missed, I am more concerned about the amount too much exercise as you seem to do regularly each week. I think you have something to be careful not to push too far from your body and cause you physical or mental damage. You must eat properly and rest your body if you're going to be a dancer!
