really painful menstrual cramps?

ok I have my period and I'm really bad cramps. I took some relief pain, but it isn't working. Someone told me chocolate helped, but it isn't really. there is nothing I can do to stop the pain because its really bad and makes my day really bad

Usually, I'll take one or two Advil, and then I'll take a hot bath or something, which helps to relax your muscles. I also heard that goes jogging gets rid of cramps (although it will be difficult at first), but I have never personally tried.
