Chocolate Melting Point
Is there anything I can make with chocolate ice cream?
Chocolate ice cream is great, but I would really like to do something with it. Can I put it in a cake without it melting? Can I turn it into a cool type of pudding? I don't care about the answers to those. If you could just tell me what I can bake or make with chocolate ice cream, that would be great! Thanks! Bake your favorite chocolate cake in two round cake pans. Cut each layer in half (for 2 thinner layers). Soften the ice cream and spread it between each layer. Pipe some more soft ice cream on the top. For a fancier cake, add a layer of cherry pie filling in between the layers as well. Frost with whipped cream and decorate with cherries and chocolate sprinkles.
