If I cook cooking biscuit around it? I grew up buying cookies from a store at the mall no longer there and they made these awesome chocolate cookies that have been filled marshmallow frosting and had chocolate on top. I want to do for my children and do not remember the name of the store cookies!

I have already actually tried, baking cookies with marshmallow completely. TOTALLY. does not work. Marshmallow completely melted and mixed with the dough so all that existed was flat Mess melted. I think where you got the cookies probably used something else, created as a marshmallow filling flavor in a way that would not normally make marshmallows .. which is melted into a liquid substance.
