...!!! Are you still out there looking for your cookie weheartit elusive?

My sister-in-law answered and now response. O, yes - the elusive French macaroon. We had in Paris. They are just meringue cookie sandwich with a small piece of a filling very rich - Ganache usually for more chocolate brown. People in order in advance for the Christmas season. I'm on the recipe of the 11th. So far, no success. Since it is a pastry chef and can not get the right recipe, I think we lack.
