Mix cream cheese with some icing sugar, then spread the mixture on your "pizza". Children have a blast decorating the cake like a real pizza. Choose fresh fruits such as pineapples, oranges, peach slices, blueberries, raspberries and halved strawberries. Slice cake into wedges and serve.
