How long does it take for chocolate to harden?

I got a bar of 100% baking chocolate and it was disgustingly bitter so I melted it with sugar and soy milk and it tasted a lot better. I then put it on tin foil on a cookie sheet and kept it in the freezer over night. I thought this would be adequate to get it back to chocolate bar hardness but it is almost more like a fudge ? Any ideas? Is it going to harden eventually?

No, it won't harden. Putting it in the freezer is never a good idea...it makes crystals in there. The best bet is always to put it in the fridge.
Once you combine chocolate with any liquid, it won't harden again to chocolate bar density.
