I eat chocolate every day, atall I am not fat and I'm not .. unhealthy Should I stop?

I know that chocolate is calorie - but seen as it hasn't made me gain weight should I stop eating? I eat fruits, vegetables, fiber and carbohydrates a day - maybe im not quite as balanced as I would but Im not unhealthy and I excerize slightly every day. I don, t think I can give up chocolate, I am affecting my health badly? Iv ate chocolate every day as long as ai can remember im 20 female. 5'8 and 9 stone.

You are weighing Nice. Simply do not over the top with things like chocolate. This is not now in your life, it will show. It is when you are old in May and then you take weight. You're only 20 years old and a healthy person, normal and active. It is when you slow down and not use the calories that the trouble begins. Enjoy -- moderately. xxx
