Where can I buy Yankee Candle's chocolate cupcake-shaped candle holder?

My sister received a cupcake-shaped votive candle holder for Christmas last year. It was made by Yankee Candle Co. and was purchased at one of their stores. The glass insert recently shattered and she would like to replace it. The problem is, we cannot find this item anywhere! I have checked online at Yankee Candle's website and have called many of their local stores and stores such as Hallmark that carry their goods. These stores have been unable to order them and I cannot seem to find the item on ebay or through online stores. How would I go about finding this product?
