Help please! Chocolate / cream mousse dessert recipe please!?

I have friends coming tomorrow noon and I want to make dessert truly special, but I have the ingredients are milk chocolate 700g, 1 large can evaporated milk, 150ml of double cream, 300 ml of cream and one egg! Mousse chocolate 1 cup heavy cream 1 (12 ounces) chocolate chips semisweet package 1 c. tea vanilla extract 1 pinch salt 2 cups heavy cream 1 / 4 cup white sugar 1 cup heavy cream, chilled 1 / 4 cup white sugar, combine 1 cup cream, chocolate, vanilla extract and salt in top of double boiler. Heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. Alternatively, if you have a food processor, you can mix by placing chocolate mixture, vanilla extract and salt in processor bowl. Bring 1 cup cream to a boil on the stove, then slowly pour the cream into the processor with blade. Continue to process until the mixture is smooth.
