Yes if it is dark chocolate bark and you get rid of the nuts in the bark. Chocolate chips are darker than milk chocolate, usually semi-sweet or bittersweet, and of course they are pure chocolate. So if it's dark, or if you don't mind the tast of milk chocolate on a bonbon, melt the chocolate and remove the nuts with a very coarse sieve, or alternatively, before melting, grind the chocolate bark and the nuts finely enough that you won't mind the ground nuts on the surface of the bonbons.
