I want to open a bakery ...?

Hi, So I want to open a bakery after school. Firstly, I want to know what university to go to. As a culinary school or business school. Also, I want to travel the world to find revenue that came from earlier times. I want my old bakery in every game and things. I want to make chocolate from cocoa beans here in my shop. I want to do all sorts of things from old recipes that I learned from my travels. One problem, I have no idea where to go and I do not know how to get in touch with people who could tell me how to do these things. What to do??!

Check out Johnson & Wales, register and study a year abroad (France?), he can always go to your kitchen degree ... or be bold and move to France and study under the bakers there, they have tons of cooking schools to choose from ... your idea sounds brilliant but certainly lot of work so-brace yourself and good luck!
