Mexican chocolate is sweet or not?
my mother and I are trying to cook this desert that calls for chocolate from Mexico and she knows not what type of chocolate for the recipe and calls for "Mexican chocolate 1 3.1 ounces (like Ibarra), chopped she already went to the store and I bought Ghirardelli 60% cocoa bittersweet chocolate and cocoa 100% unsweetened chocolate.
