I have a recipe for a chocolate mousse dessert-Marquis. If I add a little rum, it will mix well?

I love always slightly alcoholic deserts. My question is whether it mixes well with a mixture of chocolate meringue or it will be quite runny nose and a pool just behind the desert? I'll try anyway ... Just curious about thoughts on how to avoid that.

I made with rum and Esspresso strong and it was good, never tried tho meringue, enjoy
